Cameron Dougher joined Horn Lake High School as the Offensive Coordinator in the Spring of 2024. During his 1st season at Horn Lake, the Eagles compiled a 9-3 record and finished as the Region 1-7A Runner-Up and hosted a playoff game for the 1st time since 2018.
Before Horn Lake, Dougher served as the Offensive Coordinator at Lewisburg High School. In his lone season coordinating the offense at Lewisburg, Dougher helped lead the Patriots to a Division 1-7A Runner-Up finish while compiling the second most wins in school history.
Prior to Lewisburg, Dougher served as the Offensive Coordinator at Desoto Central High School for eight seasons. During that span, the Jaguars set school records in individual scoring, passing yards, rushing yards, and receiving yards.
Dougher began his coaching career at Center Hill High School where he coached the wide receivers for one season.
A native of Olive Branch, Mississippi, Dougher was named the 2009-2010 Pepsi Best of the Preps High School Athlete of the Year. He graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelors Degree in Secondary Education. Before attending Ole Miss, he earned his Associates Degree from Southwest Tennessee Community College while also playing baseball for the Saluqis.
Dougher and his wife, Paige, have one daughter, Eleanor (3).
